Regulasi ini ditetapkan pada 21 November 2025 dan akan mulai diberlakukan efektif per 1 Juli 2026. POJK 30\/2025 hadir sebagai penyempurnaan atas Peraturan OJK Nomor 3 Tahun 2024 tentang Penyelenggaraan Inovasi Teknologi Sektor Keuangan (\u201cPOJK 3\/2024\u201d), dengan fokusnya untuk memperkuat fondasi tata kelola dan manajemen risiko bagi penyelenggara Inovasi Teknologi Sektor Keuangan (ITSK).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Berdasarkan POJK 30\/2025, ditegaskan kembali bahwa penyelenggara ITSK wajib menerapkan tata kelola yang baik, mengelola risiko teknologi dan operasional secara menyeluruh, menyampaikan laporan kepada OJK, serta memastikan kapabilitas Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi dalam menjalankan fungsinya.
